Thanks, I'm sure everyone that hasnt tackled it is a little curious .
 
I'm so lazy when it comes to getting under my fx & getting dirty & I don't trust anyone else to work on my fx either, so.... I will get to it eventually :tongue:

I still need to mod my exhaust to fit the rears on, don't want to just crush the pipe & I want to paint them maybe too...
 
so what are you thinking? painting them a striking color? I considered just painting them black... originally I though of polishing them, but that would just open another whole can of worms there, I mean then I'd have to polish all the other aluminum & SS under there... not a road I'm looking to go down right now... I think just black more than likely will work for me....
 
honestly the only one you can see without really getting in there is the rear one that goes below the midpipe. and even then you can't tell what color it is from distance at all. maybe if it was yellow you could see the color, but the greenish color that they come painted isn't visible at all.
 
that's another reason I figured just black... if I get lazy then I'll just throw them in as-is too... may be the most durable that way really...
