GTSPEC Aluminum Under Panel for FX35 (1st Gen)

Someone PS some circles over the access doors for those who can't see....

Also, it's not about the number of screws, but how hard they are to remove. So much easier to pop off 8 screws right near each other than 14 all over the whole cover. Not to mention how annoying that cover is when it's half way off.

^^^^^^^^^+ 1 on that Stu

I subjected sliding doors cause I dealt with this kind of trapdoor before on a Lexus IS300 my friend had... Trust me trying taking all those screws it's a bit of a mission.. Specially cause those screws are not standard screws.. A sliding trapdoor that you can secured with 2 or three screws would be awesome..

Plus that price... Ouch.. If you are patient you can save some more and get a exhaust system.. Or a technosquare tune up.. .. Price should be between 250-350(pushing it)

Let's see if GTSPEC hook us up!!

we can't deny that looks really nice but damn !!..... I think $425 it's to much for what it is....a lid
Something that I won't see day by day but only IF I get to change the oil and won't do a thing to the performance.
with that money I could get a new CAI system or new rotors w pads or be halfway to a new exhaust among many other things
Only because is aluminum I wouldn't pay more than $225.

Lots of interest but the price point = barrier to purchase. Sell five at 425.00 or sell twenty five at 325.00 hmmmm......

unfortunately, we have to sell these at that price point due to the shipping cost to bring them in from over sea.

We have to use double box to prevent the panel from damage.

All our panels bent upward on the side, and that cost alot of shipping problem.

I am not paying 400+ for something I am going to scrape on in parking lots.... it does look good though maybe 300

I see alot of people are complaining about the price point. Some even compare this to an exhaust system.

Believe it or not, the amount of work and material put into making these panels are far more than an exhaust system.

There are many bent, welding, trap door design, hardwares that we put into making the under panel.

In addition, each panel are then spray with a layer of anti rust finish to prevent oxidation.

We don't make low value products. All the parts we have manufactured and designed are top of the line products.

I hope the community can continue to support us in making the highest quality product for the FX :)

Took me less than 5 min to open both trap doors open.

Already too many complain about price point, designing a sliding door with even increase the cost.

You guys are hard to please :)

My biggest problem with GTSpec in regards to the FX is availability, You basically have to buy the parts when they are available, not when you have some extra cash that you saved up for an item and now its a 6 month wait:frown:
