Just a quick question, for those who run the GTR 20s

Only lowered on H&R springs, will run 295/45

1> Will I rub without trimming rear?

2> If I should trim the rear fenders, it was recommended that I cut them rather than trim plastic and roll them. Is this what most are doing? I have always ever rolled them.

thanks

you should trim the plastic, Im not sure how low your H&Rs are but on my eibachs (im one of the lowest with just a spring swap) I had to trim the plastic a bit a fold up the excess metal back there...

thanks fellas. last question about this re: CUTTING the fenders rather than rolling.

Never heard of it, but I trust the shop recommending it. Just looking for owners' info of this.

If you cut it then it will be exposed metal AKA will rust. You should just roll it, there will be no clearance issues if you just roll it.
Roll back that extra metal, and trim the plastic. You'll be golden

Use a reputable shop - The tool of choice is the Eastwood fender roller, make sure they heat up the metal as they go so the paint doesn't crack or split (again you don't want rust). Going to run spacers on the front?

yeah cutting didn't seem like such a great idea.

I used an eastwood roller once and cracked the paint by not heating enough. I'll just have a shop do it, seemed easy enough in videos but I managed to F it up

I am debating between 20 and 25mm spacers, if the rears are so aggressive, I think 25s might be in order if I won't rub. Not much difference between the two anyway I guess

GTR wheels don't need a rear spacer. I have 20mm in the front, but I rub fairly often. I'd like to try a 15mm sometime maybe.

yeah I meant that I want the front to sit flush like the rears will without spacing. wow rubbing with 20?

sooooo gloss or flat black these on murdered fx?

I really like the color of these as is but thinking black
