Those that got the bars......what was in the box?
I went to ups this afternoon to get my package and the box was ripped wide open. So I dont know if im missing anything? Is it just the bars?

The braces come wrapped in plastic and are then put in the box. Unless yours were removed from the plastic, everything that is needed is inside that wrapping. There are no loose items put in the box
 
Ya, everything was wrapped pretty tightly, and all parts were then put in plastic bags. All the hardware was in another little bag inside a larger bag.
 
Ok I see the bolts on the engine brace.....I dont see any bolts on the 4pt brace. Are there supposed to be any on the 4pt?
 
I think the 4 point brace had some weird bolt things on one end, already screwed on, and one extra one.

I got my braces all installed at the DMV meet.. And all I have to say is.. They improve the ride so much. Tighter, smoother, way less vibration!! I love it... And the curves... Wait what curves?!!!! LOL.. Great overall improvement to my FX.. Also before I installed the brace my ride used to vibrate alot when I used to brake.. Not anymore.. Love these things ! Can't wait to lower it and install the new struts!! Thank you all for making this happened!!!

Damn... too bad you guys didn't order extras. I have $$ for front braces now =(

Newbi ? (sorry if it seems completely out there and dumb)

Was just about to install the rear lower lateral brace on my FX35 and had a question before I install. It seems as if the bar hangs down pretty good (3 to 5 inches from exhaust), has anybody had any issues with the bar hitting speed bumps and such. I know the FX sits high off the ground (but it looks as if would be the lowest hanging item under the FX, maybe my eyes are playing with me but it seems it might hit. I'm just use to aftermarket pieces being really tucked up underneath my previous WS6 and my streetrod. Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

Know what you mean, just installed mine about a week or so ago and Im dropped, no issues going over speed bumps.
 
It's right lined up with the wheels, so it moves up when the wheels do, thus it will ride high enough to get over the speed bump.
 
Didn't someone say the rear seemed higher after install? There definitely seems to be more wheel gap now. Should the bolts be tightened while tires are on the ground?
 
From the rear, bar a 'lil below eye level. Looks like bumper height. How does your's compare.
