GT Spec FX Group Buy - Redux!!!

parts are going to begin shipping today and continue tomorrow - by tomorrow (Thursday) night, all the braces will be en route to everyone. Invoices will be emailed to everyone by tomorrow night, and the tracking # will be contained in the invoice on the line item titled "Shipping"
 
Haven't got anything yet.. But I'm the last one and I won't install them till I get my struts.. So I'm cool.. I'm glad everyone it's getting their braces delivered.. One sucessful GB!

just wanted to comment that i absolutely LOVE my suspension braces. all 4 of them. i think i might actually ditch my stillen STB for a gtspec just to have the matching set. had a chance to hit some nice curvy roads this past week and it handles BEAUTIFULLY. love driving my car, and even more so with these braces.
 
I just got my braces.. But it seeing that the STB doesn't fit.. After contemplating the STB and my FX it came to my mind.. Maybe they installed the parts that attached to the struts wrong... It's just too short!!!!!

You must be kidding! I sold my Stillen to get this one.. :frown: I'm getting mine today as well.. Hope it fits without any issues..

Pics please I wanna see - arent there others that got the gtspec stb? maybe they sent you one for another car by mistake?
 
I think I understand what happened... By some freak mistake they put it together in a wrong way.. The parts that mounts to the struts are on the oposite side..
Crap! I wish I had better tools!!!

I just did some searching and turns out JC went out to test fit and Rookie has it so it had to fit.....:err:

I'll be home in 45mins if you want to drop by, mine should be in as well. Im painting mine before I install....black....black....black....lol.

They actually did what John said.. They fold it to make it easy to fit.. But they also installed the part that attached to the struts backwards... LOL. How does that happened?

Sorry to make a false panic.. It was just an optical illusion played by my eyes and the way they put it together.. The part it's the correct one.!
