GT-R vs Lexus LFA

Godzilla still rules. If I had that much $$$ I would buy a $75k GTR, throw on another 75k of tasty mods and it'll run circles around the LFA

And I'm not even saying this because I'm biased but I honestly think the LF-A isn't really a great looking car. I'm not gonna lie and say I think its ugly, I just don't think its a good looking design. For that price? Give me a Ferrari 458 AND a GTR as a DD and call it a day.

I love the sound and tech of the LF-A though. Something about having an LCD tach because the engine revs too fast for a standard tach is just awesome to me.

Pshh, I build those in my spare time.

I also think it would be cool to tell people what you got under the hood. I have a V10 that is the size of a V8 but only weighs as much as a V6!!

The LFA isn't a car for people to cross shop, as in "I'd rather buy a Ferrari than an LFA".

That car is made for people in this scenario, "Hmmm, I wouldn't mind having this naturally aspirated orgasmic V10 vehicle, I can fit it next to the Ferrari, Lambourgini, Porsche in my garage".

Haha, you put it right on the money on how I was thinking of this.

My friend is fortunate enough to buy cars like this and while he was building his wealth, he was like "why do I need car x,y or z or whatever, when i can buy a corvette that's faster and cheaper".

Now he is even more fortunate so he can care less how fast they are (relative) because they are all fast for street driving and he buys on brand image and what other people don't have.

I can't relate because the FX is the nicest car I'll own -- ever =) My next car might be a full loaded Mini-van, does that count??
