Got my code cherry popped.

So I put new belts on and a CAI (with batt disconnected). I now have a code I cant get rid of by resetting the ecu (batt discont) So the shop says its P0165 (Electronic Control Mod. back up circuit. Google says o2 sensor nubmer 3.

Any ideas? did I cause this with the CAI, can I clear it for good or do I need a O2 sensor? thanks
 
found a neat site online. Says its a O2 sensor. Is this sometine I can run for a couple hunfred miles to see if it clears up? Im thinking the increase in air flow got it hotter and caused it to go out. I dont mind replacing it I just want to replace the right one. The code description is O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 3)
 
I wonder if you somehow knocked into an O2 sensor while installing the intake or something. I'm not sure if there is one along the exhaust manifold below the intake but that could be the culprit.
 
That's the O2 for the cat I believe. I'd check the connection if the dummy light comes on agian. loose harness, broken wire, ect... Good luck, sorry I didn't get a chance to respond earlier
