So I got my FX this past November and have been enjoying it quite a lot although I've had some issues with it (i.e. slip & vdc off light).
This past Thursday, I was on my way to a nursing home (to seek seek some volunteer opportunities) when the accident happened. It was a 4 lane road (2 lanes in each direction) and I was driving on the right most lane when a 2003 Chevy Cavalier decided to jerk into my lane (from the first lane). I honked as soon as I realized that she was crossing the lane but she kept coming in and slammed into the driver side of my car. The police came and she got ticketed for "improper lane change" while I did not get any citations. Luckily, the other car's driver was very cooperative and admitted fault even to her insurance company yesterday. I talked to the local representative of her Nationwide Insurance company and they agreed to pay for any physical damage to the vehicle + my medical expenses + $350 for not ensuing any further lawsuits against the driver. I had a stiff neck but I am feeling okay for now.
Now here are my questions:

I'll post more questions when I come across them.
Thanks in advance!

Now here are my questions:
- Should I agree upon the lawsuit part and receive $350 or wait until the car is fixed?
- Do you think they will repair the door panel or replace them? If you look closely, the beginning of the rear door has holes in it.
- If the body shop insists that this could be fixed without putting in a new door, what should I tell them?
- Is there anything else that I request to the insurance company? Such as wheel alignment or adjustments of any other parts that might have been damaged due to the impact?
