Got a weird hesitation at initial acceleration

Any Ideas what it could be... If I accelerate slowly its not an issue, but if I want to take off I feel a weird subtle vibration in the accelerator and there is a slight lag (last for about a second and a half to two seconds).

Just bought it from an Infiniti Dealer, car is certified pre-owned... so its covered.

I will take it in. Just thought I'd pose the question to see if anyone had any ideas...
 
Did it happen at approximately 3k rpm? The hesitation I have noticed before but no such pedal vibration.
 
Alright guys, I have an 04 FX35 which is starting to have an acceleration issue. It drives fine for a few minutes, seems like once the car warms up it starts to sputter. during idle car starts to sput or misfire, and as previosly mentioned i also have that vibration sensation upon acceleration at that point. I havent tried the ECU reset but dont understand why it drives ok for a bit before acting up. Also prior to this I had a CEL come on giving code P0303 misfire 3rd cylinder, CEL hasnt came back on and I changed coil spark plug is new but issue still there.
