good tires?

i found a guy selling some Falken tires. doesnt really say much but what do you guys think?

also wondering when looking at tire size what is the second number (i.e. 275/45) ...i seen someone else selling two Fuzion tires with the tire size 275/45/20 which are the same as mine but the ones i have on mine are 275/50/20 (i think 275). whats the difference/meaning of both the first two numbers??

The second number is the height so basically 50 will have more meat compared to a 45 series tire which will have a lower profile

The second number is called the aspect ratio. This number is the percentage of the width that the tire is tall. So a 265/50/20 tire is 265 mm wide, and 132.5 mm tall. (265 x .5)

"Meat" usually refers to width. Some someone with 305's on the rear has meaty tires.
