Good deal on changing the rear pads?

My FX is over at the dealership right now. They said that my rear pads are really low and that the rear rotors are warped. I already knew about the pads being low on my last visit to the dealer. I never thought the rotors would be warped cause I never feel any vibration or shaking when braking. I'm at 38,600 miles so I guess that's pretty good since I got that much out of the pads and rotors.

So they quoted me $330 for the following:

Resurface both rear rotors
Install new rear pads
Adjust parking brake

Good deal for all of that?

Also whats the difference between replacing the rotors and resurfacing? Which is the better option? If I replace the rotors its another $170 I believe

its really simple to change rear pads, i say do it at home, get the rotors off and get it resurfaced at a tire/mechanic shop.. Then install it.. As for the brake adjustment, if i recall there was a diy for the 1st gen fx. If you dont want to adjust it, take it to a mechanic or dealer.
