I posted a response to this "newbie" sticky, but after hitting the "submit new thread", I got a strange message about not being able to post until I registered. . . which I was. So this is a 2nd try.
I have a 2007 FX35 -- best vehicle I have ever owned or driven, hands down. Am looking forward to learning what others may have done to solve the frequent brake disc warp issue. I also have had the often-reported weird "sputtering" issue when starting the FX (a) when the weather turns cold and (b) the FX has not been run for at least a day. The dealer replace the entire instrument pod a year ago, and it seemed to solve the problem. But it reared its ugly head again a couple of weeks ago. This time, they replace the "amplifier", whatever that is. I've only had it back for one day, so remains to be seen if it solved the problem. Will post update on the appropriate forum later.
