Getting codes p0420 and p0430

So i was having problems with my fx for awhile. Had a bad vacuum leak and recently my car started misfiring. Finally took it to a shop and the gasket i got with my motordyne spacer (one that goes under the top plenum) was demolished. Not sure how that happened. So now the car is driving mint but the ses light came on and i got these codes. I also had an exhaust leak so i took it too a muffler shop. They said my cats are good. So can it be just my o2 sensor or could it be my cats. These guys have been doing exhausts for over 20 years so they have a lot of experience. Cats are expensive so i don't want to replace unless i have to. Anyone else get those codes and what did you do? Thanks in advance

O2 sensors are fairly cheap and easy. Start there. Your shop should actually be able to test them if they. Have the right software and hardware.

Surprising if both codes came on at same time. For me, I had one cat go bad. And then the other side after a while. (Separate codes for each.)

So is it a good chance it's my cats. I was qouted $900 cdn for each cat for a total of $1800. For that price i would rather buy an invidia exhaust and kinetix high flow cats. I think that's cheaper
