Getting access to the cd player !!!

Guys how to i take of the plastic from the dashboard to get access to the rear of the radio/cd player????
I tried to pull it out but i dont want to brake anything so i just gave up.
Any help????
 
To remove the plastic piece I just drop the cassette player door and pull the bottom out using the cassette cover door, start from the bottom and slide and pull out as you head towards the top of the front plastic cover. The front plastic piece with all the buttons is connected with two wire plugs on the right rear..so be careful.
