Fx50s vs porsche cayenne s

fx50 will smoke old body and new body cayenne s on a straight line, but on the corners porsche
 
One of my neighbors has one and we did exactly that. We did a quick highway run and I beat him by about a car length. If we would do any type of road track/winding roads though he would have my lunch, at least in the FX50. :)
 
if you're asking if the FX had upgraded stuff who would win, then id say the Fx50 might have the upper hand if it had sticky tires, smaller wheels like 19s, and all the braces plus coilovers

I've beaten Cayennes at AutoX's. I didn't beat a 2004 Turbo though, since it has AWD. I remember watching him go through corners and you could see the front tires trying to grip and I knew I had no chance. I did beat his wife's time in it though, as well as a newer Cayenne (non S). The brakes on the Cayennes should be better though and that could come into play.

How often do you see SUV on that auto x in your area. Rarely do I see anyone try around here.

Must be bad ass to watch and run.

Not often. I think this was with PCA (Porsche Club of America) so they were out for that. It was only that one time, but I don't go anymore to race, and rarely to watch. Actually I think my pic is from that same corner. I know it's the same location.

If I see them register again maybe I'll have to go out though.

Looks like the V6 Cayenne was out there last November, and the wife beat the husband.

Have to update the willow thread. Still have to get to the go pro too.y lower back muscles are still sore. I did 165 miles on track

^Cayenne Turbo, not Cayenne S.

Having not seen the race yet, I would expect the Porsche and X6M to beat the FX and the pig RR to come in last.
 
I coulda told you from that start of the video that the bimmer would win. Pretty sure The x6m is rivaled by only the AMG SUVs.

Cayenne Turbo: 490 HP/520 ft-lb 5625 lb
BMW X6M: 547 HP/500 ft-lb 5254 lb
RR Sport SC: 500 HP/461 ft-lb 5800 lb
FX50: 390 HP/369 ft-lb 4648 lb
 
Cayenne Turbo: $110k
BMW X6M: $93k
RR Sport SC: $80k
FX50: $62k
 
Yep, it's really not a completely fair/equal test. Even with the Cayenne and the BMW. Should be a Turbo S versus the X6M.
