As for the 63... I plan on taking the 56 from the QX and takin the 35 from the FX to make this work..

Plan on using an S or the Chevy Montecarlo Intimidator edition "Supercharged" logo and place is right under the FX63 decals..

wow, awesome plan bro, way to go all out :) good luck with it, 3 months all said & done is a bit optimistic, remember the first rule of custom, it'll cost twice what you think it will & take at least twice as long as you think :tonguey: in the end it will be worth it, sick one of a kind ride... we gotta get together & race some day :smile:

VK shouldn't be too bad. I looked at this for a bit. Was told by a few builders built and Stillen SC might not make me happy, lots of tq though. Centrifugal would probably be better. Sorta scared off by having to rework the rear engine bay to fit the engine right.

You'll be fine. Hopefully it can all be integrated as "normal" as possible. That was always my thing, I wanted most things to be as normal as they could be after being installed.
 
yeah, the electrical on these is complicated, probably be best to try & run on the 45 ecu & add something like a haltech to that rather than swapping a 56 harness if possible, the haltech should be able to feed the 45 ecu what it needs to see & keep it happy, if it does then everything should be pretty normal. do you know if the 56 has anything the 45 don't far as valve timing intake & exhaust, stuff like that?

if not twin turbo's then twin rotrex sc's would be my vote :tup: :tonguey:

Is that first pic the same car as the second two? I can't wrap my head around what is going on there... It looks like the headers are backwards (exiting forward) in the first pic, then in the second and third pic the collectors are flipped back to the normal (exiting backward) orientation and asymmetrical? What the what? :err:

Both are the same car Chris Forsberg. First shot is Sema debut of the build, don't think the transplant was complete. This is one of the Stillen supercharged VK56 swaps.

:laugh::rofl:.....not this time....but he's got another project car he's been hiding from you guys. That one has to wait till he gets the FX63 finished, then he can twin turbo the other car. The other car is smaller with only a 2L engine(not sure actual L) and is his everyday car.
