FX45,can i go staggered?

Hey guys,

Because my FX 45 is AWD,can i got staggered wheels?

I do not plan to lower the car however am looking to buy 22's.

What would be the ideal tire size?

285/40/22?

You can absolutely go staggered with the awd but have to make sure the overall Diameter comes within 1% or so.

I staggered mine... but to be honest... I bought the wheels off another member who had it on his RWD FX35 (his FX was a lease and going back). He was local, literally 15 minutes from me... a pretty good deal so I jumped on it. I haven't had any issues, but then again... I don't drive it much, but still... since having those wheels, I must have put on 10k miles... and again, no issues.

But the way I look at it... down the road, it's going to get expensive.

and +1 on lowering it... I would rather lower a FX FIRST before getting wheels, and I'm totally serious.

trust me you want to lower it, you will see once you put the 22's on and the wheel gap got bigger.
