Fx35 glove box

The stupid dealer broke the wire that allows the glove box to go down gently. What needs to be purchased to get that wire? The glove box itself or the frame? I hate carelessness ugh
 
so why do you care about it? Let stupid dealer to replace it if he broke it. Will it take to replace whole assembly - not your problem. They broke they must fix it, I wouldn't even ask what part is it and etc.

The dealer has to fix that bro, def take it back and complain
 
Oh I absolutely am taking it back, just wanted to know out of curiosity :)

They fixed it and apologized. While I was there I also mentioned the "moving driver seat" issue many of us have and they said it was normal. He even had a term for it, he called it "pre-crash flex" [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
