I have it on my 09 FX35 awd and just love it

turbocad6 has retrofitted into the gen1, gen2 should be way easier. good luck.

I want to add the paddles to my FX35 since 2010 models didn't come with them. The only part I'm unsure of is to remove the nav unit carefully. Also not sure if the steering wheel needs to be removed, or if only the steering wheel cover beneath it.

You don't need to remove steering. Just turn it when you work on one side to get access to the bolt,and turn other way around on other side. it is enought to remove cover and move steerign wheel all the way out towards you.

Good luck. I did everything,but i coudn't fnd jumper wires to wire correctly as they were large than needed and I gaveup :eek.:
