The only thing I would add is that I had a good sales experience at Mechanicsburg Infiniti. It was worth the 240 mile round trip to purchase my FX from them. Very customer friendly and they were responsive throughout the sales process. I would assume that likely lead to a good service experience for you. While I have about 4 Infiniti options close to home, most maintenance is performed by a local independent shop.

The only thing I ever took the fx Nissan or Infiniti was for anything that o wanted the dealership to work on just in case it was a bigger problem then we thought.The guy that would work on my fx would just tell me if it's something that I needed to have them cover under warranty which was not many things. it's also key to make friends with an Infiniti technician that way he would do the work on the side.
