fx front bumper

Hello everybody
I'm new here, I have a 08 fx35 and I broke the silver bar located in the bottom of the front bumper between the 2 fog lights, it's replacable? or I need to replace the whole bumper.

I paid $87 shipped for that piece from them. Pretty expensive for plastic, but easy to install at the least.
