i tried the lock button to see if all the windows went up on a 2011, didn't work...
my wife was sitting in the car, didn't think that would make a difference.
 
2003-2004 tonneau cover weight is around 4 lb
2005-2008 tonneau cover weight is around 19 lb
 
Don't know if this was posted anywhere, but...

2003/2004 M45 engine covers are interchangeable with the 2003-2005 FX45. High possibility that the 2002-2006 Q45 will fit as well.

Was in the market for a cheap M45 cover and it fits fine. :)
 
If the heat or AC is off and you tap the fan speed button twice it will come back on. ( I figured this out on accident )

If you open a door while you are driving a red WARNING alert will appear on the LCD screen.
 
on 09+. if you open the door and look at your start/stop button it pulses. This is suposed to simulate a heart beat. Infiniti engineers call the FX the beast and they gave it a heart beat. no joke check it out.

I did notice this, but didn't know it's supposed to mimic a heartbeat. Where did you find out this info! Pretty sweet!
 
found out from my service advisor after he came back from an infiniti traing seminare. As well the grill on the new G's are modeled after sameri swords

Did you know that when you have 6k Morimoto headlights and fogs, people get the f out of your way when you come up on their ass on the highway. :)

In my experience, whether I have my headlights on or not, people move out of the way before I'm even up to their butts. Maybe they notice copper more. :hahaha:

Apparently, the 2006-2008 also got a "buttlift" too. If you look at the letters the 03-05 are smaller and wider apart. The 06-08 lettering is thicker and closer together. Even the shape of the trim piece is more rounded and comes out more from the decklid. I looked at dozens of pictures and confirmed the years for the trim.
