Fx 50 purchase?

Hi all!

Just wondering what you guys think about this deal. I am looking to purchase an fx in the near future, came across this dealership in Toronto call Toronto auto brokers or TAB for short. They have an 2011 fx 50 with 50000km for 34,900. I saw the car in person interior is in mint condition on the outside there are few dings and scratches but nothing that can't be buffed out. On the bumper however there is a bigger ding and scratch that the dealer said would fix as well and it can be seen in pictures. Car has tints all around and a hitch which don't know execrable what to make of good or bad. What do you guys think? Is this one of those to good to be true? Dealer said car is off lease for infiniti, he was willing to budge on the price as well and is willing to take to a infiniti mechanic. Car has a clean carproof. Any thoughts or comments will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I can't post a link to the car... But if you visit autorader canada you will find an fx50 2011 with 50km for 34,905 silver. Thanks

Price?
Also nowadays i wont take ownership of a leased vehicle. Ive heard so many people not changing there oils on it at all.

Even though it's off a lease the kms are low for that year. I think it looks good. I would probably buy it. Do you know how long it's been for sale? The only thing i don't like is this comment, As per OMVIC regulations vehicle is not driveable, not certified, and not e-tested. Certification and e-testing available for $499.. I mean a e-test is $40 and certification is $40. This type of vehicle shouldn't even be offered as is as far as i'm concerned

Thanks for getting back...
I think most dealerships in Canada have that fee if am not mistaken, and that line/comment is again on most used car posting that i see out there.

I did notice on one of the pictures that the trunk door doesnt line up properly with the bumper, could be an angle the shot is taken but it clearly looks off. Will have to take a look again. Pic is the one directly on the back end of the car.

Also remember, if it was in an accident and the person didn't fix it through insurance it will have a clean carfax. You could also have a body guy look at it and they can usually tell if it's been in an accident. That price is pretty low though.

Update,

i looked at at the car and I was right the trunk spacing where it meats the bumper is off. Clearly it can be seen in the picture as well. Dealer said they would align that for me and fix the bumper damage. Again I am not sure what to make of it, he has agreed to let me take it to my mechanic. Car does have a clean car proof so if it was an accident it did not go through insurance. Other than that car is pretty clean interior is new and exterior does have a few scratches here and there. One other thing is all tires rather are missing pieces from the sidewall or is cracked, no major curb rash on the rims.

Is there warranty left, check with you local Infiniti Dealer with the VIN number for warranty, recalls performed and maintenance. Also have It checked by your mechanic. If the tires are that bad they should be replacing them with the safety.

Yes, I figure to pass safety tires should be changed.
What really concerns me is the bumper and trunk. I guess I will have a better look once my mechanic lifts the car. Could have been a parking lot fender bender but it also could have been worse, they didnt try to cover it up thats one thing.

is the price CAD? seems to be a good deal but from damage and non-perfect condition is makes sense. Just have a PPI done, have it checked out via car fax. check vin as mentioned. Not sure about lemon laws in Canada, but some states the dealer can simply sell "as is" and when you sign it you're SOL as for bad tires, etc etc.

Yes price is CAD.
CarFax is CarProof here, and it is clean.
This car right now is as is, they have a disclaimer that states if I want it certified and e-test it can cost up to $499....but that price is negotiable and usually can get it waived.
