can you replace a 2005 fx35 display unit P/N 28090 cb800 to P/N 28090 ca100

If your referring to the replacing the orange screen to the color display then no it can't be done.

It can't be ? I just pay good money for a color a screen display no I can't use it that bull :-(

Sell the screen and just put a new radio with a flip out 7 inch screen down below.

that or look on here for my discussion.. u can install a tablet thatll fit perfectly in that double din area.. just gotta rig a mounting bracket, aux input to the radio and power.. do some research, promise it'll look better than a double din nav unit that will stick out a lil
