Fuel gauge inaccurate

Hey all,

2011 FX35 with 130k miles here.

Lately, my fuel gauge has been inaccurate. It looks like it is most accurate when I first start it up, but the needle will go from 1/4 full to 3/4 as I drive. I tried some fuel system cleaner but that didn't help.

Anyone know what causes this and how much it would cost to fix this?
 
If it's anything like the 1st Gen's, it's the fuel senders... You can DIY clean them and it has worked for some people... Others replace the fuel senders... I assume it's the same as the 1st Gen in that there would be 2 under the seat... Each should cost around $200+... If you're lucky, changing one will fix the problem... If not, you'll need to change the second one too... Fairly simple DIY fix from what I've read...
