Front jack point

[ryus]

For the 2nd gen owners who've jacked up the front before, is the part circled in red where to jack the front from?

I would just jack it from the side locations, I wouldnt use that to support the entire car

Thats exactly where I jack mine up from, and if that fails I have a jack stand on each side (passenger & driver) of the frame rails.

I got the official jack points page from the Service Manual for all 2nd gen owners to refer to. The red circled part is indeed the front lift point.
