Front Bumper Removal

I think I got to those from inside the engine bay actually. Just gotta find that seam where the bumper and fender meet and it's right there.
 
yeah I am looking at the bolts though the engine compartment...it looks like there is more room. I'm gonna try there now and see if its a little easier..otherwise the wheel is defiantly coming off. I will let everyone know which is easier with some pictures if It turns out to be a little easer. It's times like this when I wish I had more feminine hands haha
 
thread resurrection. How do you remove the two clips underneath the headlamps? They almost look like they should be taken apart from the top (but still under the headlamps) except it was written that in order to remove the headlamps, its best to take off the bumper

Pull the bumper out slightly so you can see the clips and with a flat head pry the clip up and the bumper will slide out
 
As Jeff said. Once you release the two clips under the headlight that is holding onto the bumper, just peel the bumper off far enough to get to the 10 mm bolt under the headlight. You don't have to remove the bumper completely. It will save you some time by not remove the bumper completely of the car.
 
yeah, my mistake.. lol.. I didnt realize there were TWO 10mm bolts holding the bumper to the body on each side.. I only removed the lower one on each side. Of course, after that, it was much easier. But now 90% of the bolts have snapped heads.

With the bumper off, I might as well do the Jeep Cherokee mod.
 
Jeep Cherokee mod? And yeah once you get the bumper off for the first time then it becomes very easy. I can take mine on and off with ease.

Great. I had no idea about that mod and now that I saw it I want to do it...I thought it was from Infiniti and not aftermarket.

Tried to do my fog lights today 2005 FX35 as they are completely broken, went to take off the 2 bolts that hold the bumper by the headlight… the first one snapped and the second one felt like it was gonna do the same so I put it all back together and I have decided I don’t need them
