Front brake popping noise

OEM pads lol.

Wayne and I were talking about maybe the distance control assist is making the pads overheat and cause excessive wear? If your behind a car the DCA keeps pushing the brake pedal down inside while I'm trying to give it gas. Maybe this is leading to the pads overheating? Possibly....
 
I would buy the shim and seal kits and rebuild the calipers. It is always good to do so anyway.

I would ensure that pads are properly positioned, the "clips" attached to them are correctly let so they push pads off the rotor when the piston is retracted.
