Front and rear pads not wearing evenly

About a month ago, I changed both front and rear rotors and pads. I noticed that there is a lot of wear on the rear rotors and pads while the front still looks new. Does anyone know why this would happen and how can I fix it?

i thought this was an fx issue, back when i got it brand new, months later rear pads were worn and needed change and fronts were fine
 
If I can recall as well thats the way the fx's go through there brake pads, rears before fronts, you would think it should be the other way around but maybe others will chime in later.
 
Same to the second generation (at least mine). Last time i went to the dealer when my vdc off slip on lights flashing on my dashboard. Turned out that rear pads were worn out and the ones in front are still working with enough meat on them.
 
I got around 55,000 Km on my first set of rear pads but they were worn real low when I replaced them. My front's should be fine to about 65 K
