i slept zero hours last night, like a 7 year old the day before christmas. I got some notorization letters from the bank that are being fedex'd overnight and i am eagerly awaiting them to arrive at the dealership! the worst is i don't have the tracking so i'm just waiting for the phonecall... but the best is i have an hour and 30 min drive back home from the dealership on some pretty sick roads in No-Cal. I will def get some pics up when i get home.
 
Hope the transaction went smoothly. I went out driving for HOURS the first night I got the FX home.
 
holy crap you wouldn't believe it, but, the bank didnt send the paperwork priority so no saturday delivery. it'll get in monday but i have a bachelor party where were going camping/fishing for 2 days so i wont be able to pick it up til wednesday now..... errrgggggg... was lookin forward to showing it off out on some backroads with all my friends. oh well, it's becoming a test of patience, and i'm failing miserably ;) Be sure to keep you guys posted, have a good weekend
 
Finally got back from the extended bachelor party/fishing/camping trip to pick up my first FX this morning! Really excited about, it's a beast. It's an '09 liquid platnum metallic with java interior. premium, deluxe touring, nav, and tech packages with 43k miles. previous owner had it as a lease and all service records were available, it's pretty mint. For now its totally stock as i'm gathering ideas from all of you guys on upcoming mods. To be honest I really like the stock look. anyway, here it is, thanks to all the people on this site for providing so much valuable info:

Congrats! .... I am excited about the FX purchase but I am also kind of intrigued on what seemed to be a pretty awesome little trip you had there...
 
Love the interior color, your exterior color doesn't look like Liquid Platinum, it looks more like the color of my FX.
 
Yeah it's looks like platinum graphite instead of liquid platinum. Love the Java interior. Pics never do it justice.
