What size tires do you have? I checked the tire rack and they recommend 285/35 Does it sound right? I have no drop but I'm looking to purchase 22s.

I want them to come as close to stock specs. I just dont want to mess with the balance of the car. I'm not too mechanically inclined. The rims I was looking at are 22 x 9

Search this site to find the FXs hub size. It's the diameter of the big hole in the middle of the bolts.

I don't know it off hand.

Thanks fellas. Next time I'll do the search its just the rims are on ebay and I'm dealing with the guy directly. Someone might go with the buy it now and I can loose them. thanks

Sounds like I'm too late, but 265/40/22 is closest to OEM height. 285/35/22 is a little less sidewall than 265/40/22 and OEM of 265/50/20.

I run 265/40/22 if you didn't guess!

I didnt close the deal...Apparently the rims he described as being new had a scratch from having a tire mounted on one of them. At least he was honest when I told him to state they were unblemished in writing. Thats when I got the "they were never used BUT......"
I've been having bad luck looking for wheels as I'm on a limited budget.... I saw some 22 EXE konkaves for $800 that I like and turns out they were 5 x 150. D@mn!!!

I feel you man. I was looking at these wheels that had been for sale for like a year. I would have checked them out when I go home in a month, and a couple days ago they updated as sold. Try and look on the brightside though. For me, at least I won't get wheels that have been known to shatter, so these could have caused problems down the road.

+1 on 265/40/22--My rims are 22 X 9 with +15 offset and they sit flush with edge of fender well with no spacers(more lip)---I went with the 265/40/22's because they were the closest to sock height.I'm lowered with H&R's as well and there are no rub issues whatsoever.

If the item didn't sell, you should check back with him. Ask him to lower the price and use that cash you saved to fix the blemishes.

What style are you looking for?

What's everyone's thought on buying 5x112 and having them machined to 5x114.3 like 909FX's wheels?

If so, there are 22x9 EXE Flair 5x112 on eBay for $500

im running parada spec x
on these rims

Axis Ordins
Fronts are 22x9.5 +15 offset
Rears are 22x10.5 +25 offset

both of em are runnin 285/35/22k and they fit well with the car
the rear for mine though rims stick out more then tire

I'm just looking to purchase anything <$1k rims and tires. The one on ebay were only 500 shipped rims only. I opted to skip out on it cause I'm not planning to drop it and I think deep dish wont look right IMO. I like the Gianelle Spidero but no way am I getting those for cheap. Ima keep on the look out.
