Fog light

Hey guys,
So one of my fog lights stopped working. The passenger side works but the driver side stopped. Fuse is good, socket is good. What could be the problem?

I have HID fogs, but my driver side always goes out because the OEM plug has a bad connection where it connects to the HID plug.

Do you see any moisture in the housing? I have this problem and I've been through 3 harnesses already because of melting. I know it's stupid and risky to keep doing so. I have to take the bulb out to let the housing dry out, then I can use them. This problem will be fixed, as I am purchasing a new housing.
Any kind of crack or bubble in the seal can allow moisture to get in.
