Foamaster Foam Spray Car Wash

I use something like this which switches between water and soap. I don't call it a foam gun though, that just sounds weird.

Which kind do you use? I seen the video with the less professional looking one compared to the foamaster......you can totally tell with the qualify of foam suds that sprays out.......

What kind do you use??

Will do. So far I just see videos and on autopia.org how this will eliminate risk of creating swirls. Imagine if you are already have a safe washing technique, this foam gun will make it perfect!

The hardest part is the spraying and wiping with a mitt at the same time, that looks like it'll take some time to learn.

It looks like it works pretty good....but I think the Gilmour one puts out just a little more suds, gives it more psychological cleaning power. haha

Ya, mine doesn't put out as much soap, but it puts out enough. To clean it you still have to wipe anyway, the soap doesn't do much.

I have the very same one, And i love it..

Oh nice! What is your step by step in washing your car??? I was thinking with this foam gun, the car wash sequence will be:

- start with rinsing the fx with foam (not just water rinsing)
- wait 2-3 minutes for foam to soak, re-rinse with foam
- MF sponge and spray at the same time
- remove canister attachment, rinse with regular water
- dry with jelly blade/mf towels

Foamaster works like a charm, I'd say it cleans 20% better than regular water pre-rinse, and creates a rich frothy foam the whole time so each pass with your mitt or sponge is perfectly lubricated.....

Bird droppings are still a problem though.

It's worth the $37 / free shipping on Amazon, makes washing your car fun times!
