So i switched my fog lights to HID's and the problem i see now at night when the fog lights are on they flicker. The lights seem to be vibrating, has anyone had this problem with their HID fog lights?

Could be the ballast or bulb is going bad.

Ballasts are bad, same thing happened with mine. Swapped out the chunky ballasts for the slim fit and have been fine since.

there's not enough power getting to the ballasts so they are burning out- I had the same issue about 5 times with my passenger side one and once with my driver side one... you will just have to replace it and try to get lucky....
