Flat / Semi-Gloss Paint (Who will be the first?)

It looks like the kid grabbed a few cans of paint and went to town.
lol, I did that when I was a teenager, I had a '84 Trans Am with a bad paint job. So I just sand it down and primered it gray in my driveway...under my neighboors weird looks :err:. Trust me, no one messed with me on the road...not even the NYC taxi cabs :rofl::laugh:.

it looks good esp on rides with a lot of curves. since our fx has lots of them, i think it will look good (flat black with flat black ordens). batman's suv?

"Despite its humble origins among rodders without the cash to indulge in metal flake kandy koatings, the flat finish can cost upward of $10,000 to render properly (we've heard up to $30,000 for the Mercedes CLS on display here). Of course, it attracts fingerprints like a slot machine attracts chain-smoking rubes, so while it looks somewhat slick, it's not exactly the best solution to finding the new minimalism."

+1,000,000.00 .......... I think I wet myself.

I think I wet yourself.

It is gorgeous. Just think, the Honda CRX boys are probably like "HEY! WE ORIGINATED THAT!"

...except the major differences being:

1. It's paint, not primer
2. It's a beautiful car, not a Honda :4tongue:
