First time FX owner!

Hey guys! Im new to the FX scene but not the Infiniti/Nissan scene! I just purchased my first FX, will post pictures after i get 10 posts! Its a 2003 FX 35 AWD sport with the 20" wheels, silver over black! Its in great shape, I've have it for about a month and so far I've tinted the windows with 5% in rear, 15% in front, and 35% on the windshield, added one 10" Alpine Type R sub, blacked out the grill (Excluding the infiniti badge), plasti-dip factory wheels (Temporary fix until my carbon fiber wheel wrap comes in), LED license plate lights, LED DRL's, and LED step lights! I want to thank everyone in advance for their help! I know ill be needing it along the way! :smile (2):

Thanks! and yup gotta have 5% back there. Makes all of the difference in the world! I love the alloy BBS style wheels you have in you avatar pic! The only issue ive noticed so far is a more than usual oil consumption. It doesnt smoke, leak, or even smell like anythings burning. Just after 1,200 miles its almost a quart low. Ive heard it can be an issue with these motors, i know my Z before this vehicle had it also.

Too much work. I would just buy the sport tails and call it a day. It will look much nicer.

Anyone make an acceptable aftermarket that is comparable to the sport lights? I dont want to make any compromises when it comes to lights. I cant afford OEM sport lights at the dealer tho.

The good thing about aftermarket taillights is that there are none. So no chance for stupid looking altezza style lights. Sport tails come up on eBay here and there and people sell theirs on the forum too. So just keep a lookout for deals. Here is a good thread to watch for parts and deals.
