First Infiniti - 04 FX35 - Replacing the big family wagon! LOL

Hey folks. We are from South Texas, SE of San Antonio, and just swapped from an 03 Ford Expedition E.B. to this low mileage 04 FX35 RWD with Tech, Nav, Bose, etc. This is our first Infiniti and have read great things about it. We bought a Silver one with tan interior to avoid too much south tx summer heat as we almost pulled the trigger on a black/black 06. LOL Anyway, we are here... Already very familiar with internet forums (member of over 10 at least) so I already searched for my issues/questions... We are having trouble syncing our garage door opener with the home link still but we will eventually figure it out... Also read up on how to link my iPhone to the FX. Other than that, we wont do much to it. Weather tech floor mats will be a must along with the iPhone adapter... I will post a photo when I get permission! LOLOLOLOL :top: Jonathan - La Vernia, TX

Welcome to IS. For your garage door, it could be your garage door has a rolling code, so you have to climb up there and click the learn feature and then reprogram it, then it will work.

Yeah I have been using the learn button... Just can't seem to get it to work... I can get my Expedition to do it, but not the FX. I tried resetting the home link several times to erase any set configurations...
