Got up this morning to let him upgrade the stock HID system to match my foglights. He also changed my city lights too. I wasn't going to but he suggested to, so I did it. I'm glad I listened to him, cause it looks really nice how it makes the second projector glow.
My car is dirty right now, so ignore that lol. A group of a couple hundred crows took big shits on my car yesterday lmao. I tried my best to get it off.

I'm a frequent member over at G35nyc.com, so I put some decals on to represent lol:

I got some really hot shit coming up guys just to let you know. Here is a list of things I got coming:

OEM Lip Kit in Black Obsidian
HKS Lowering Springs (Maybe cause I've seen it done already on a 2nd Gen FX)
LED Vanity lights (I never changed those)

I might post some updates tomorrow on some things that were done in the past 3 weeks too if I get a chance.

Just made this video to show you guys some of the lighting I did plus show the Adaptive Headlights. I LOVE THESE LIGHTS lol. Four months into ownership and I still can't get over how cool it is:

wait hks lowering spring for 2nd gen???? who did you see get it done? that deserves a thread by itself!!!!!

You hid is so blue, i can't believe that is 6000k, i think i know what i will be being after my ebay hid fries

No their not blue. The reason they look blue is cause I took the pictures with the HID's first ignited. All HID's are like that when you first ignite them, then they turn to pure white.

And the twin turbo FX had HKS springs, so that means they are out there somewhere, and I'm going to find them:tup:
 
well mine is no where as blue when i turn it on..... good luck with the hks spring :) if you manage to find them i'm interested too as well lol
 
Goodness I love the interior of the new FX. And I also love when you start it up. The dials look hot when they move all arround

hey guys check this thread out if we had some of our 09+ FX's give them one or two calls they would actualy consider getting some springs done :)

Those might be HKS coilovers, I don't think HKS makes springs. Rookie had the hypermax coilovers on his FX for a bit, I think from Taiwan.

The guy ^ you told me that the 1st gen Eibachs fit on their but may need some adjusting or something. I'd like to be the lab rat :rofl:

i think there is alot more to consider than whether it fits when it comes to springs?

I would love me some coilovers though. Possibility those hks coilover on the taiwan fx is a one off product? If HKS were mass producing these shouldn't we already be hearing some news?

we actualy took three FX's
1 08 STOCK
2 08 WITH EIBACh
3 09 STOCK SPRINGS

we aligned them up to next each other at the shop raised them and looked at each one the springs are only different in one area *if i remember correctly where the springs come down on the 09 the guy a little slimmer as in a little tighter* on the 08 they don't so we also looked at the 08 with the EIBACH on the 08 and it only looked like it needed a little mod to it to make it fit i am still talking to the guys who did this and we might actually try to test fit them on my FX once i get all my mods in*

I have a habit of throwing my keys into the cup holder, so they slide around alot. This is a good way to keep it from getting all scratch up. All I needed was a heat gun and xacto knife. I think it gives it an added touch over the ugly plastic. I know you can see two bubbles at the end but I fixed that with the heat gun and they went away.

It's easy to remove. Just reheat the surface with a heat gun or hair dryer and it lifts right up without no sticky residue. If you have any bubbles just heat the surface up and they go away cause it shrinks.

If your talking about the cup holder then it just comes out lol. Just lift the cup holder out. It's meant to come out incase you spill something inside of it and you need to take it inside the house to wash it.
