From the first time I laid eyes on the G35 coupe and FX35, I instantly fell in love. Those curves were hard to shake off and had me in my feeling, and with that exhaust note, I was head over heels 
. I was young and didn't even have my license yet, but I had my eyes set and knew what I wanted. Fast forward a few years and the G37 coupe/FX37 dropped, now I was certain what I needed in my life. Working full-time while going to college full-time I didn't have the financial capacity to make a move, but I knew soon enough.
Then came my opportunity, saw a beautiful 2008 G37S Coupe White with full aero kit just posted up on cars.com. Contacted the dealer right away to verify the car was there and made preparation for the pilgrimage to finally close the deal. To make a long story short, got there only to find out an out-of-state buyer drove all night and slept outside the dealership so that he could be there when they opened. They finalized a deal 2 hrs before I got there.. Let's just ay I was livid when I found out.
Since then, from time to time, I'll check online for used G's/FX's but knew it wasn't feasible with change in family size. Looked at the FX35 but that freaking bubble dash was a huge turn-off. FX37's were rare and the QX70, with it's name change, was still selling very high. Then a few months ago made my mind up that I'll fulfill that dream of ownership. After months of researching, scouring the inter-web for the right car, finally bought a 2012 FX50S in really good condition. Higher milage, but you would never know based on how it looks both interior and exterior. Now the fun begins of turning this blank canvas, into a work of art .
