Well after my seat got extremely worse and i finally got a day off I decided to take it in and get the holes in the side repaired.. Here are the pics.. There is a slight diff. but mainly because I know what had been changed. The guy also said once you throw some treatment on it it will blend a lot better once it wears in a little. I for once say its night and day from what it was and was well worth the $60 he charged me.....

Very nice:good:. Did you remove the seat cover yourself? Would you PM his email or phone number please.

Rich, it looks real good and definitely worth every penny. I'm interested of getting my seat fixed up too. Let us in on how is was done.

Nice repair

Only thing I noticed is that that side of that side bolster that was torn the grain of the texture doesnt match the original look. The pattern looks different.

Thanks Guys!!

I didn't do anything but drop my car off to him and walk around the corner to a free WiFi spot for about 2 hours tops. He is a good guy.. Works out of an old kinda run down strip mall in Holland Michigan. Very hidden shop but is known for his great work and even better prices.. He prefers cash BTW lol... Obviously it wasn't and exact match as he can't get the exact material Infiniti used on the seat but we went through books and found something that matched the color and had a close enough pattern to what was on the car. I stopped at 2 other upholstery shops and was quoted $175 at one and $210 at another... Neither of them could match the exact leather either so I was very happy when I found this guy. Even better he is located next door to a wheel spacer/lug/bolt distributor.. They are somewhat of a middle man and send out the spacers to diff. companies so they can put there "brand" on them and sell them as theres. I got my 25mm spacers from them for $100 out the door. If anyone wants to make the trip up here and check this guy out let me know I'll get you his info. He does any and all custom upholstery. Oh and maybe I can talk to the spacer guy and get a good price on a GB or something.. I am going to hit him up again when I get some wheels.

Holland, the place with the tulips and windmills? I think I go through there on the way to a cabin in Montague.

That's a bit far out for me. Anyone know of a upholstery shop that do this stuff in the Chicago area?

These folks did my seats a year or so ago. Perfect. Can't recall cost, I think it was $200 for the two...

Thanks man, I'll give them a call...
