Finally Dropped

Well after this brutal winter we had here in toronto , and the warmer weather starting to come, i decided to get the h&r's installed. Price goes as follows :

H&R - $150
Install & laser alignment - $320

After getting them installed i realized how great these springs really are. Very comfortable , i don't know if its just me but i feel the fx can take corners better then before, i wish i had gotten these done awhile ago. Most people can notice the drop i think it dropped significantly but as said before will settle in time. Here are some quick pics, looks better in person, sry for the crap pics just wanted to show how they look like, i really recommend this to anyone who is in the market for springs!

Looks really good. I just picked up a 2007 with the sport package and it rides pretty stiff. Corners pretty well, but the ride is harder than my old G with the 18s on it. I've read that the H&Rs make the FX handle even better while improving the ride. I plan on adding these springs and KYB GR2s very soon.

Looks great.

Can you give us some feedback on how they handle compared to your former oem sport springs - cornering, braking, accelerating etc.

well compared to the stock springs, the fx feels well planted around corners, it does handle much better than before, it gives the fx a different feel and i love the way it rides now, if anyone can get these i know they are back ordered, i recommend you do, you will be happy with them

thx for the feedback robb.

How about lateral body roll? More/less than before? And how much does the car nose dive under hard braking? More/less?

Hey Robb, looks good. Congrats on being able to find some H&R's

Looking good Rob.. Glad you got this mod done..

You should get a bit of a drop within a couple of months..

ye i heard once they settle it should drop a bit more, but even if it doesn't im still happy with the stance, now all i gotta do is wait till may to slap on the 22' donz genovese w/ 305/40/22 toyo proxes stII

Most def less body roll then before, all my friends who been in the fx can feel the difference as well, and there is a bit of nose dive under hard braking, i noticed that the other day , but nonetheless get them, you will be happy with the ride:tup:
