Fender Bolt Noise Pop, Click, or Creak TSB

2003 FX35
I have a 2003 FX35. I have some popping noise at low speed. Everything sounds like TSB. I literally have the driver's side fender liner off right now and I could not see the bolt(s). Hadn't seen any photos of where the bolt(s) actually are. Then I saw a small depression on the edge and got my camera down in there...so, basically, I'm screwed. Any suggestions?

I have a right angle driver, but it's too thick for the spot between body panel and fender bolt -- can't get a drill on it and get it on that bolt.

NOTES: It has a Stillen STB -- with no loud, hitting springs DOES make a similar sound near top strut mounts.

I am not really sure what you are trying to do. If you are just looking to reattach the area, you could just have it welded together. If you are trying to remove the panel, then the only option is to drill it or cut it out.

Get some Original JB Weld , mix some up , slightly pry the panels apart :cautious:, smash it in between the panels  then let the panels rest . That should last a very long time.
