Need some advise
When hot outside and AC is on, cooling fans kick into first gear but when they kick into the second speed, the left(drivers side) fan shuts off. I’ve taken it to two mechanics and both said I need new cooling fans but neither checked relays or for shorts
Are they correct and if so what’s the best/ most economical route?
I’m planning on selling he vehicle in August so I don’t want to break the bank
