fan clutch loose

hi. Il live in Panama City (Panama) and today after un air filter change i noticed that the base (plastic ring) of the fan blades, witch "clips" the fan motor, is seriously cracked. I will replace it asap. Dont want the blades to disloque and pierce the radiator. But what worries me most is when i turne the blades, the fan motor is king of loose around the axle. Like if it was mounted on the axle with a joint (anti vibration kind). It has latitude on all direction. Don't know if that is normal and if a need as well to change the fan motor?
Thanks for your advices. Here we dont have Infiniti dealers and mecanic, just Nissan ones and they dont know a shit about my car.

Even if they don't know about the FX it should not be that hard to replace the clutch fan.
 
To replace will no be very hard. What is dificult is to get a good expertise if it needs to be replace o not (for the clearance symptom). An example: mi last maintenance, the Nissan mecanic replace my air filter with one 1 1/2 inch shorter that the required ones leaving a huge non protected gap. I dont know if the consecuences will hace been bad, very bad o just aceptable, but plizzz. Here in Panama, this is a 65k truck!
I just to trust them anymore but do not have many choices.

I can see fews here knows about this issue. Anyway, I will advise for all fx45 owner to check the air fan plastic blades as they tend to crack with the heat (my car has 55k) and seriously damage the radiator. I had changed the entire fan clutch (motor and blades) witch appears to be the same that the Pathfinder use.
