Did you reprogram the unit yourself or did you take it to a specialist? If you took it to a specialist, did he tell you why the unit lost its settings? Do you know if the unit have an internal battery for settings retention?
I took it back to my installer and he reprogrammed it. He stated that it happens sometimes when the "brain" is without power for some time and I don't have the battery back-up.
