I am planning on getting a "Factory" Infiniti extended warranty Monday morning. The dealer (Infiniti of Gwinnett) quoted me $1139 for a 36 month / 48,000 mile/ $0 deductable warranty and $1379 for a 48 month / 48,000 mile extension ( both prices based on a vehicle with less than 20K miles on OD.
Have any of you guys purchased extensions and if so, does the price I was quoted sound reasonable?

Yes, I have a 2009 50S with less than 20,000 miles and never a problem with anything but I am conserned with all the electronic stuff going bad and what it will cost being out of warranty. I have every available factory option on my car other than the factory trailer hitch.
 
Get a quote from scottsdale infiniti in AZ- I think you could go 60/60 for the same price. Key is low miles under 20k. g/l.
 
I paid around $1500 for extended until spring 2015 on my 09 FX50 in the spring of 2012 with about 12k on the clock...if that helps.
 
What months/mileage plan did you get and with or without $100 deductable per visit? I got the 36 month / 48K mile "FENK" for $1139 with 19,380 miles on the OD. To the other poster the drive from Atlanta to Scotsdale is a long drive ( you have to take the car into the dealer for them to verify the OD reading at the time you apply for the extended warranty). In the warranty brochure it seems to cover virtually everythng other than paint , upholstery, and normal wear parts such as brake pads, windshield wipers, bulbs, etc.
 
You don't have to drive to AZ., they will accept a faxed copy of the multi-point inspection your local dealer did at your last oil change as proof of miles/condition. Moot point though since you already purchased it.
You won't regret buying the elite warranty - excellent coverage- mine has already paid for itself twice.
 
Payed a 9% processing fee + $3300 for 5years/60K miles so my warranty will expire in 2017 or 108K miles.

If you had less than 20K on your car it looks like you could have paid $1929? I think I would have to have been under the original factory warranty to get these prices, not sure though?
