Yes, if you go with the stillen dual exhaust you will loose some low end torque but will gain some at the top end. Go with a single pipe exhaust like the nismo or hks.
 
As far as I know, it works like this:
Your torque curve will shift 500 rpms with every 1/8" change in the main exhaust pipe. That is, with a 3.0" exhaust like nismo (it is 3.0" right?), your max torque will shift 1000-1500 rpms to the right..

If you care about low end torque, it's best to get a custom mandrel bent exhaust at 2.0 - 2.25 inches size.. If you don't spend much time below 3000-3500, then a single setup will probably satisfy you... I don't know about the max gains though.. I think it was around 8-17 range..
