Depends who you ask. Nismo sounds sweetest to me. & yes, power is made especially in combination with intake mods. More air in needs more air out. An engine is pretty much a glorified air pump.
This is the Nismo with 100 miles on it. Gets sweeter & louder after it breaks in.

There are two y-pipes available in the for sale section which are popular to use for the HKS and Nismo or even OEM exhaust. If you have RWD, you won't have a problem with the Nismo y pipe.

Y pipe + G35 extension + Nismo Mid pipe + Nismo rear section with extended tips

I also heard from Dr.2k that if i want the HKS or nismo exhaust, i have to purhase the Y-pipe seperately...where can i find the Y-pipe??:confused:
 
Nismo comes complete catback with Y.

Dude, I would just go with the nismo. Better gains from it cuz its bigger tubing. The HKS can be put together (japan part), but it's gonna run you a bit more cash. Also keep in mind, that you will need to modify the nismo tips (easy, any good exhaust shop), vs. the HKS will bolt on perfect. Stop thinking about it & just do it already.

Where do I get the Y-pipe for HKS or nismo from?? as I have the FX35 AWD, I heard I have to purchase the Y-pipe seperately??:confused:

From what I know, I had the last remaining Y pipes that fit FX35/FX45 AWD. The HKS Y pipe shown above is for a RWD and same with the Nismo y pipe. You can modify this to fit, as I believe TrainerKen did this.

There is ZeroTek, but many many horror stories are to be read on the org forum. I have no personal experience with them so I cannot give any personal feedback.

Note that the people who have bought from Zerotek had issues such as fitment issues, customer service to name a few. " for any reason that you are not 100% satisfied with the sound, fitment, finish or quality, return it to us for 100% money back of the purchase price." The member tried to return it after all the fitment issues, and they didn't honor this policy.

Now that I most likely scared you away from Zerotek, I still have to say that someone should try out the Y-pipe. It looks like it will fit a AWD, and for all we know it could be the UTR y pipe. But from the picture it looks slightly different. I just wanted to let you know what you're getting into and risks involved if you do try the Zerotek.

From the sounds of it, Stillen might be your "easiest" option.
 
Yes, Stillen is easiest, but it's a true dual setup. Did I mention low end loss? Too much volume for N/A, but great potential on a blown motor . . . or a 45.
