Engine oil change Q

hi guys~

i have a quick q!! i got oil change with 5quart 76 synthetic oil on my 06 fx35. They don't have mobil 1 anymore...but it's frist time saw 76 brand... Is it good oil or bad... can u guys tell me? please...

Oil is oil but what was the weight of the oil they used and was it synthetic? What type of oil have you been using in the past?

Thank u for answer. i used to get mobil 1 synthetic 5w-30... they said 76 oil is same as mobil 1. Is that right?

I doubt it. They are probably saying it does the same job. If it is synthetic then you should be fine.

Ya, like Doc said, as long as it's synthtic and the correct weight, should be fine. Also might check that they filled it up to the correct height.
