Electronics Lane Departure System 2006 FX35

I'm pretty sure there is, might be something like holding the button down several seconds or something like that, but I know someone who also couldn't figure that out so they just stuck a napkin in the opening of the sensor blocking it & that kills any hope of it doing anything really too, so...

I don't know about the 06's but for the 09s they have a switch so you can disable it. Not sure if it's the same, prob not because you would of seen something.

As stated in the manual:

push and hold the LDW switch for more than 4 seconds when the LDW system ON indicator is off. (meaning the light in the LDW button is off)

You will then hear a chime and the light in the button will flash to confirm the change has been made.
